Take 2pcs 2" x 4" wood. Temporarily brace them and place a 1/4" piece of clear or white acrylic on top. But first, take an old 4' fluorescent lamp and place it underneath the top. Enlarge your sketch on a copier or the computer, print it out and tape it to the top. Place a clean piece of...

For 4" x 4"s the second kiln dried will work, just use solid color stain for the painting...... but for 6" x 6"s, cedar are by far the best. What we used to do was buy a sh!t load of treated and just keep them under wrap for a year before using them. Let them go through a few seasons before...

  10. Question Boxing Ring vinyl??

Most likely fabricated the same way baseball home-run boards are furnished today. Printed onto a material that will take a lotta scuffing and not come off on boxers feet, tripping them. Wouldn't wanna be a party to that one.

  15. "No More Walk-ins" - Good Idea, or Terrible Mistake?

Many years ago, a friend of mine had a really nice screen printing business going, but only textiles, no flat stock. We'd do business back & forth cause I didn't do textiles and he needed signs from time to time and we'd talk about these little orders that were always dribbling in and taking up...
