I'm guessing that the city has language with a specific definition of a sign. I'm thinking that the church argued that the cross that large is more of a monument. or course. that's my take on it and purely speculation.
Think about your items that you will need to get to the 15' sign. Are you going to need scaffold? ladders?
How much time will it take to put it up?
Are you going to have to take and haul off the old sign? Or will they keep it?

export it as a png. You might have to make it larger when you get it into flexi. For example, You can compress it in a 52x30 jpg or png but when it comes into flexi, it might be sized proportionally smaller. Then just resize it to the correct size when it comes into flexi.

contact flexi and have them trouble shoot it. I had a problem like this a few years ago after they did an upgrade. Turnsout there was a bug in the upgrade that they had to create a patch /workaround for.
does it only happen when you put the larger media in? that almost looks like an out of warranty printhead. The times that I've seen printing like that are: print heads are out of warranty or I had plastecized media.
I'm looking to buy a takeup reel for my printer. I was wondering who has one and does it work well? I have seen a couple of posts in forums where people say it causes jams in the machine. I was trying to avoid that particular situation and just wondering if anybody has any info on it?
even the city told you theres nothing they can do. Its like youre trying to follow a rule that even the city isnt willing to enforce.
