If you think you are having a flexi issue, call them. Their tech support is awesome. I called them a few times when I first got my printer. Some things they helped me on, some things I had to do over and some things were actually a glitch in a software update.

So are you having a problem with the plotting feature when you use the "print and plot" vs when you plot colored vinyl? How long is the run that youre trying to plot with your print and plot?
