Alright, so the problem was the 240V Power Supply inside to the UV Box. The guys over at CMS (California Media Service) helped me diagnose the problem. They supplied me with the part and sure it enough it was the fix. These guys really know their stuff on these machines.
On a side not...
Check out Korman Signs. I use to get my U-Channels from Harbor Sales but then found out Harbor was getting their posts from Korman and reselling them. I have found their pricing to be really good and their posts are powder coated not painted which makes them much nicer and more durable. Here...
Alright, so I upgraded to an HP FB500 a couple months ago. In the mean time I moved my Colorspan 98UVX printer up against the wall about 10 feet from where it was sitting and it has been plugged in. Now that I turn the printer on I have a UV Control Error message. The printer was only...

Just checking to see if anyone has an Onyx 90 cutter? If someone does, how do you like it? I'm looking at a Fletcher 3100 also. The Onyx 90 cutter is a lot more affordable and comes with a 5 year warranty. I know Fletcher is a tried and true company but I'm just trying to explore my options...
Just wanted to post an update for this project. Finished it up today. 6'x16' graphic took about 2 hours. We used the new Envision Wrap material and it ended up being pretty easy. The material seemed to be sticking really well. Had to buy the TSA-4 roller from 3M which was a total rip off...
Make sure the perf you are using has a paper backer. I have been using perf supplied by BigFish (member here) and it prints perfectly on my L25500. The price and quality are good as well. I haven't looked into manufactures that supply perf on a paper backer but I would feel certain there are...
