I would by far recommend the Toyota Highlander. We had a 2008 for 3 years and just got rid of it because we needed a Toyota minivan with our expanding family. We bought the Highlander used and had absolutely no problems. The vehicle drives great and I think looks really good. IMO Toyota...
I am getting horizontal banding in my prints when I first print after the machine being asleep. It has happened the last few days each morning when I print for the first time. It also just happened after waking the machine. How I resolve the issue is by doing a head cleaning. A head cleaning...
I like the bottom one much better. The top one is much harder to look at. Too many pictures in too little time to look at might cause confusion. The bottom design has a much bigger impact.
Anybody have a source for the lint free cloth wipes that you clean your print heads with? I have a Colorspan 98 UVX and you have to manually wipe the heads. I know Advantage carries them but they seem to be way overpriced. Let me know if anyone has a good source.
I think I have narrowed down the problem to be an issue that is only present the first time I print in the morning. After a bad print I did 2 cleaning cycles and now it prints just fine. Talked with HP again and they guy I spoke with told me to switch my sleep time from 30 mins to 120 mins...
Just started to get some banding in my prints. Printer is out of warranty. All printheads are new. Talked with HP and they are saying there is a drop detection sensor that might be bad. Anyone had this part replaced? Does anyone have a service manual that might show to replace this part...
I am looking for a vendor who specializes in making the type of signs in my attached picture. I know I could fabricate something like this in house but it's the actual sign itself that I need help with. I quoted something like this years back and I can't remember who the vendor was. They used...
I need a quote on 150-600 2'x8' 3mil PVC signs full color flatbed printed. Who should I get a quote from? I'm on the East Coast so someone on the East Coast might be better for shipping reasons.
I have a customer wanting to do a mural on a brick wall (image attached). I have never done an install on brick before and have never used any type of brick wall vinyl material. I know Arlon, Mactac and 3M (probably others) make vinyls specifically for this application. How well do these...
My printer is having trouble grabbing the material when loading. If you have this printer you understand that the printer puts tension on the material when it is fed far enough through. Once it is far enough through the printer grabs the material and pulls it forward using the pinch rollers...
I tried stopstatic for my Colorspan 98UVX and it didn't help a bit. I tried just about every product that they offer and not one of them made a difference. I'm sure they work in certain applications but not in mine.
I'm looking for a source for a table throw that has cut out stitched applique fabric lettering/graphics. Not even sure if I'm describing this correctly. The pieces of fabric are cut out and sewn to the table throw. The lettering/graphic includes 3 colors. I'm going to suggest a dye sub...
Anyone have a good source for wholesale engraved signs? I need (3) 20"x25" signs engraved on 1/16" plastic. The problem I have been running into is no one has the ability to engrave a piece that large. Let me know.
I would recommend Grafx Network. I have had dealing with them before and they do great work and their prices are much better than a standard Roland tech. Ask for Glenn Robb.
I have had a Colorspan 98UVX flatbed printer for about 5 years now. It's been a pretty good workhorse for me but it is starting to become more and more unreliable. If I was in the market for a used flatbed printer that would be a step up from what I have then how much would I need to spend? I...
