Wow. I love to see folks with a hand in every aspect of creativity - from swinging a hammer, to engineering, to sculpting, to design, to drawing, to prepping 3d routed sign files. He's a rare breed that does it all. Not my style of house of house for sure but but I can appreciate the talent...

I'm curious about it too as we are looking for another laminator. Is it exactly the same as the GFP? How do you know? I am looking at some pictures and I do see differences...

Wanted to update as to our service experience. Since we posted I think we have had 2 more visits by Gerber techs (thanks Dennis!) and he has finally gotten us up and running. I guess we had a fairly uncommon "z axis" error that kept creeping up on us. Long story short, they made it right for us...

We have 2 FB700s. We had some issues with reliability of our first machine, but have since gotten everything ironed out and for the most part things run smoothly. They aren't the fastest, but for the price point the quality is stellar and have done us great so far.

yeah, scrubby zoom is a new feature in photoshop i cant stand. its a checkbox window available when you have your zoom tool selected.

Edit - dont think thats what you were referring to. also found this... Open System Preferences Click "Universal Access" Select the "mouse and trackpad" tab Click "trackpad Options..." Select your option from the drop-down menu next to "Scrolling"

Not sure if this will fix it. Did you uncheck your scrubby zoom?

Edit to the above - not sure if these work with the recent versions of mac OS as pull tab hasn't been updated. My shortcuts are so second nature I realized I have since switched my "command/tab" selection shortcut to "command/F1" so I don't think you can turn off that app switcher shortcut...
