The way I understand it, you can have as many "alias" accounts so addresses such as "info@" "admin@" can be basically set up to be forwarded to your main account and there is no additional cost for this.

For a laserable product, look into rowmark plastics, they have some nice wood grains and brushed metal finishes made for laser cutting and engraving.

We've had a printer for 12 years, I still send out banners to a wholesaler, I find finishing banners to be a massive PITA, by the time I factor in the time to hem and grommet, it's cheaper to have a wholesaler print them while my printer is printing profitable work.
