I'm thinking it came from the factory like that in all honesty, it came straight to us. These new Ford's are terrible, emblems installed crooked, doors don't line up, body lines mismatch. The radio doesn't work in it either.
That's usually my go to. Second is to blame the shop but that won't work since I was the moron who did it. Maybe some strategically placed duct tape will fix it up
We just put some decals on a 2024 F550 and it has the new style door handles like the F150's have which we removed. It has 1 stud to loosen it that's sort of like a jack bolt and this spring loaded thing inside but there's no door linkage that you have to remove or door panel to take off to get...
Figure out a reorder level and keep inventory separate from the working product. To control it, you can restrict access to 1 or 2 people that are disciplined enough to tell you when to reorder. For consumables like tape rolls, put them in a cabinet in a row and have a sticky note at the point...
No way. I'd bet that stuff goes from one machine to another on some big ass rolls or it's fed straight through, print to laminate on some sort of custom machine.
That can happen with fully dried ink of any type. Saw a lot of UV screen printed product get trashed from stacking it for storage. Hard to argue offgassing or not being cured when it happens to UV ink as well.
The fonts are a bit inconsistent but I'd give it an A- and leave out the rules. Customer pays you to make them a logo, they can stretch, squeeze, flip, distort or do whatever they want with it once the check clears.
Look at the entire thing, design, tenting, scratches and ask yourself if it really matters. These are those quick jobs for cheap people that you can actually make a few bucks on as long as you don't overthink it.
They have acid cleaners for glass to help get rid of water etching. A detailer we used showed us this so maybe look into the car detail supply places for something that will work
I'd go over the woodgrain and knifeless tape where the black part of the logo and text overlaps. Give it an 1/8-1/4" extra
Leave the C in Pacific alone, nobody will notice the little black tail that is left.
