  1. Back with more experience

First place to start is figuring out your overhead costs and be honest about every last expense. Don't underestimate any of it or you could be forever scratching your head trying to figure out what is wrong. When you determine your hourly breakdown, remember that you don't bill 40 hours a week...
  2. Tritium sign disposal

So you read what you wanted to hear and stopped? It's called context, "The signs pose little or no threat to public health and safety or security" key words here: little and public health. You are arguing with fairly common knowledge. Like with the last discussion, you fail to realize depth...
  3. High Resolution side shots of trucks

Careful cuz the doors and that dumb emblem on the side of the fender recently changed. We had some pre-printed partial wraps that we had to trash after their newest truck showed up. To make them faster, we cut the door handle out before install but now you're stuck taking it off.
  4. Tritium sign disposal

I don't know what in the world you read in order to get your info on things but this is from the EPA No radiation is emitted from a working, unbroken, tritium exit sign. Tritium gas is typically contained in small glass vials, so damage to tritium exit signs is most likely to occur when a sign...
  5. Tritium sign disposal

Let me post this again for ya. Straight from the NRC Tritium EXIT signs must NOT be disposed of as normal trash. To dispose of a sign properly, a general licensee must transfer the sign to a specific licensee—such as a manufacturer, distributor, licensed radioactive waste broker or licensed...
  6. Tritium sign disposal

Don't mean to hijack the thread here but does anyone know if tritium exit signs are listed for use in class 1 division 1 areas? I have looked before but never found an answer or anything about it in the NEC.
  7. Tritium sign disposal

It's likely not cheap either, it costs us $700 a pop to get rid of waste paint. Make sure to also check the quantity because over a certain amount will require you to have a haz waste ID # and with something radioactive I would bet the number is low. Essentially you step up from a...
  8. Okay, I think I have a winner here..................................................................................

This my friend - I don't believe that I've been rude to anyone during this discussion, but it seems like a couple of you are taking this disagreement personally
  9. Tritium sign disposal

and keep all of the paperwork showing the chain of custody and proper disposal, forever.
  10. Okay, I think I have a winner here..................................................................................

I don't take anything personally from anyone that I don't know, this is just banter. If you are seeing rude then you must have missed the parts where you were being passive aggressive. Either way it's all good on my side
  11. What grommet press does everyone use now?

I had that same uscutter one, it was terrible and wrinkled at every grommet. Got a different one from grimco and it works fine.
  12. Okay, I think I have a winner here..................................................................................

You always have to watch for people that have an agenda, they can be dangerous. The tactic is to create a problem or exaggerate an existing problem and then convince people that they, and only them, have the solution. The convincing is easy but the "solution" sucks and does not allow for...
  13. Okay, I think I have a winner here..................................................................................

The one thing that I have noticed with this back and forth banter is that you are not able to follow along with an actual debate because as soon as you are asked a question which would require some out of the box thinking to continue on, you instead choose to get defensive and deflect. This is...
  14. Okay, I think I have a winner here..................................................................................

No, dumb people masquerading as smart agitate me. Sorrynotsorry but opinions aren't facts and yes people that can only regurgitate nonsense that they hear should stay in their lane. This here is a failing of the school system because back when I went, the dumbasses were in one class and the...
  15. Graphtec 9000 problems with cutting

Amateur guess here and probably something you have tried already. I'd suggest to try moving the pinch rollers out a little and make sure the page size your file in is the same size or smaller than the graphtec scans as the width.
