Arby's seems to have gotten into the business of selling products you are much better off getting from the right place (smoked brisket sandwiches are best from a bbq shop, gyros should ONLY be from a Greek-owned gyros shop, etc.). Hell, the roast beef should really only be from a good beef...

Did you send them photos of the issue? Obviously I wasn't there to hear how it all went down, but I feel that if you sent the photos as requested and had a valid complaint, you would have had replacements sent immediately.

It's fair that they ask for photos. How else would they know that a customer isn't just trying to double their order for free? I once had some double-sided yard signs come in from them where several of them didn't back up centered correctly. They asked for photos, I sent them, I received...

You can get pork, beef, or chicken. But I only ever get the original pork version. It's the best. And yes, the onions for us are essential.
