If you want to send me a file, I'll take a look. I print 100's of these school banners a year. There are times that a couple photos are lower resolution than the rest. If it's just a couple I send them through my Topaz program to clean them up.
OMG you just reminded me of Saturday. I went to Jimmy Johns and there's two doors the same size so I parked and walked into the kitchen! My son is like MOM!!!! What are you doing!!!
There was NO SIGN on the door stating "employees only" - TRUST ME, I CHECKED TWICE :roflmao: I told them - YOU...
Oh they sure do! And they knock. And they put their hands over the glass to try and look through the little dots. I try and park down the road typically as everyone in town knows my van lol
I changed my hours to 8-4 by appointment and I put window perf on the windows and door so nobody can see in - BEST THING I EVER DID.
I typically do not lock my door when I'm here but when I do, it's because I'm behind and I'm getting interrupted too much. A couple times a month I will lock the...
No, you can't use IJ35 on a vehicle - that's a calendared vinyl, it's going to peel.
You have to use cast vinyl like the one I posted above. The flame gets printed on the vinyl I posted above or something similar that is CAST.
The words get cut out of 751 - you do not laminate.
This is a...
Or you can use a couple squares. Print the squares and then also cut with them. The client can then line up the squares and it should get them close. I would make sure to tell them to double check the lettering to make sure it's straight but lining up with the squares will get them super...
DO NOT USE 651, it's calendared and will peel - guaranteed. What Visual said...751 for cut vinyl and order digital prints from signs365...this vinyl. Sounds like a quick money maker job!
Looking at past threads, I see you need a certain kind of removeable vinyl and obviously create a template. I looked at a few sites and they don't show Dell Latitude 7440. I need 6 skins, all the same and would create the artwork.
One thing I've done is cut out as many small jobs as possible. Having a minimum order amount. I try not to schedule anything for Fridays, I use it to catch up, invoice, clean up the shop, "reset" for the next week.
I don't make separate cut files. I find the HP and Summa to work pretty well. I don't understand how you are saving material by not using the barcode. Do you mean that you can put lots of different files together instead of printing separate files with separate barcodes? I often print many files...
I do the exact same thing you do minus the embroidery. It would be a complete waste of time to do one order at a time so you can track each minute. Most days, I have files printing, vinyl or HTV cutting and I'm working on artwork - all at the same time. I write down times for artwork but it's...
