Here are the list of medias I sent them.
I guess we'll see how it goes.

18.5 is finally out? They've been sending me emails since last September telling me I'm "missing out" on all the new features of 18.5. Yet, when I went to download it, it wasn't available. Is there really anything different from 18 to 18.5?
Go figure, I just found the release date of December...
We use Elite4Print.com and have been very happy. I find there website is quicker than 4over. 4over seems to have to refresh every time you make a dropdown change. They are in California though.
Is it really necessary to call out every size and spacing of the whole sign? Must have been an architect. (No offense to architects, just seems unnecessary for this type of sign)
Apparently we're dumb as designers and can't figure out how to layout a sign...
Are you talking about their 1080 wrap film? Wrap film isn't digitally printed.
Or did they send you a print sample of a file with text and graphics? And as others have said, they will be printed as slow as possible with no urgency in mind.
Totally agree. We've had so many people tell us that they're going to do soooo much work. We don't budge. We will prorate the last job though if they say they're going to do x amount of work over a period of time, but make them pay full price until they actually do what they say they are. We...
I am curious how others would define what a "Premium" customer was, and if they gain that so called status, what you do for them. I had a customer today that wanted to know when he would get premium pricing because he was bringing all of his work to us. We wrapped one trailer in June of 2017...
I don't print a lot of Ultraboard but I do I print a lot of Gatorfoam. It is very prone to bit direction. Going one direction looks good while the other doesn't. Maybe you've already tried that and maybe Ultraboard foam doesn't react the same way but it's worth a shot.
I thought this was interesting.
Avery and Seiko just approved their ink and material combo for only 8 hour outgassing before lamination.
In addition to its durability testing, Avery Dennison conducted tests with OKI inks to determine best practices for using overlaminates on printed graphics...
I think
I think what you're looking for is called Soft Proofing. I don't think Onyx is really ever been great at this. You can essentially print to a .tif file rather than the printer itself and that should spit out what you want.
This could be a voltage issue. Most likely that it is too high. This could also be an ink temperature setting. I have an AGFA Titan HS that has Ricoh Gen 5 heads and when I changed white ink, it would have overspray like this because the previous ink needed a higher temperature for the right...
