Salt Lake City Laird carried it for a little while as oversized sheets (50x99) but I think they switched to 3mm. Any of the Lairds can look at other locations and let you know if anyone stocks it.

We buy from digiprint and have had great success with Ricoh Gen 4 & 5 heads. I think they're the same one just don't have the OEM markup.
