If all he wants is effects, bevels and pictures, have some kid in school do it. When adding all that garbage, it's sometimes hard to duplicate or expensive. Ask him what does he intend to spend and sell him a block of time to figure things out and if he constantly changes his mind or poo poos...

Really, ya have good teachers and profs and ya have terrible ones, just like with students, cops, sign people, shoe sales people, nurses, lawn people, athletes, foot doctors and anything else, except politicians..... they're all bad........ and lawyers. No one seems to be groomed for their jobs...

Many times, the parent or parents have no clue, as they don't know themselves. The system is broken and has been for a long time. Ever since Johnson first tried to beef up the school scores. It's been back & forth over the decades, but the kids don't get 'jack' out of it. Only the teachers...
