What software are you creating it in and what are you using for a rip ?? Evidently, someone or some short cut is turned on and you don't know about it for some reason. Basically these machines do what they are told and somewhere along the line you repeat this mistake, if it is happening from...

Sandwich them between two pieces of 10mm Cor-X. Ship them flat. Those pieces are too small to roll up without problems later on.

Nice colors, but the logo blends in too much with the background when you look at it from a normal viewing distance. Also, what would you do, if you didn't have photoshop for ALL those effects ??
