Can anybody please tell me where they source a product like this? I need 3 pcs 18" x 18" Yes I asked this last week but I can't believe nobody has anything. I wish I just needed a damn font ID'ed, that sh*t happens fast around here!!

For our last shop sign which was 45"x16' we used alumalite and folded 1 1/2" returns. We then put our fasteners just through the bottom and top returns (into 2x4s of course!) leaving the sign face unblemished.

Anyone make these and like to sell them to people..?

I love this one - google "nt cartridge cutter 30 degree" Ohers have been mentioning the Olfa SAC-1 which is all metal The yellow one up top is a bit rounder and so a little easier to "roll".

My client is looking for 3 18" x 18" signs like this - Regarding the print, I don't know if direct print vs clear/white Lam Sandwich is the better way to go...

Worst case - can you buy clear acrylic and apply frosted vinyl?

Stouse has a bunch of great printable options - low temp, clear, etc.

Bill, there IS engine turned gold lettering on the vehicles. I'd decided that it wouldn't be worth it to use engine turned gold on these smallish (10"x11") decals. But I wasn't aware that thermal printable sign gold was a thing! I'll look into the pricing on foil vs sign gold.

I agree EXCEPT that they're so small on the trucks - I figured it would be a waste, especially for the gold leaf. How would we do these with sign gold? A printed white decal cut, placed on the gold, then cut again? Can any of you edge folks do them like that?

So the FIRST thing I should've done was put a pencil to it - between material costs and quicker installation (on testing with cast vinyl I found that you move the TSA-4 about three times faster) I'd save about $150. Definitely not worth being a test pilot, I'm just gonna use the Envision 480...
