Boudica, I was able to talk him down. He's paying for the shirts and we're printing more for him at around our cost.
tbh, usually in a situation like this we do more of a "well here's where you approved this but what can we do to make it right?" but our salesperson was a bit short with him...
We've got a customer who orders about once a year from us. Haven't had much trouble with him in the past although he's a bit of a self important ass. We just printed 100 tees for him. We sent him the order with all details about size, quantity, etc and detailing exactly what was going to be...
That looks maddening. I'm not familiar with Onyx, but have you tried playing with the cut mark options, even just as troubleshooting (shown are some of the options in Flexi)? If you put alignment marks every three inches will it mess up every three inches?
When I have to put thirty sponsor logos on a banner, I use this template to give each sponsor roughly the same visual weight. For different sponsor tiers I size one tier and then try to go around 30% bigger for each subsequent tier. Once I have all the logos sized I grab all of them and resize...
How complicated does a chargeback get when you have the product but it's not acceptable? I haven't had to do that before but I'm getting there currently...
Hey, to piggyback on this thread, I'm planning on giving y'all a go on our next order. Can you help me set my expectations for large format sublimation?
We do small sublimation every so often, and I haven't had any real issue with color with photographs on tee shirts. Can you give me an idea...
Thank you! I'll give your info to our purchaser to check out for our next order. We're down by Kalamazoo.
We do small sublimation every so often, and I haven't had any real issue with color with photographs on tee shirts. Can you give me an idea though of what's reasonable with large format...
We were using Overnight table covers otcandapparel.com and then started having color and quality issues with them. We just ordered from thebannerstore.net twice and both times have been terrible - one had really bad banding and the other had the saturation and contrast cranked up so much that...
Just a follow up to this - we've had bad luck with Showdown on three covers in a row all of a sudden, not sure if there is some new outsourcing on their part or what.
edited to add: I was wrong, it was Overnight Table Covers.
Depending on what you're doing with it. In my case my client gets the decals I print, and when they give one to a customer they enter the number on the decal into their system. Then when the decal gets scanned for a wash, their software handles checking to see if it's valid and hasn't expired.
I print 1000 double sided decals every few months for a car wash, and one side gets a barcode. I just use the font "free 3 of 9". I set them up in Coreldraw. I believe you just need to put an asterisk before and after the number.
It's a 6'x12' frame. The banner gets an extrusion attached to it with window screen spline, the extrusion goes into a channel, and then screws are driven into holes in the outer frame, pushing the extrusion down and thus tightening the face.
Does anybody have any tips or tricks, or know the...
Thanks Stacey! S365 charges $63 for the banner or $90 for the completed product so I'm just reordering as I've got no time to monkey with them - after the holiday I'll pull the junk banners and have a couple of pcs of hardware for the next customer.
I've got two retractables from Signs365 (so latex print on lay flat material) that came in today. I didn't preflight carefully enough and they both have a light line that runs across them that's about 1/16" wide. I tried isopropyl and a Q-tip over by one edge and thought it was working, but...
