Yeah I never actually mentioned what I was doing (making halftones)! Sorry about that - I added some pics up top that should make it much clearer.

That definitely makes sense if you want to warm or cool your picture. This is just a quick way to insure that your image is truly neutral regardless of your printer or RIP.

Not sure what program you're exporting from, but Photoshop is the only program I know that gives good halftone options and results.

I wasn't sure if this weighed too much to do it that way, I was worried about it tipping away from the wall.

So I ordered a plaque with a blind mount - like a fool I thought it was going to have keyhole slots and I could just use screws with anchors to hang it. Instead it's got studs in the corners. I'm going on a painted interior wall. How the heck should I mount this? Should I use construction...

I've got an HP cutter (a rebranded Summa). I can cut all day long, let the cutter go through a whole roll of small jobs by itself, but I've had two jobs now that the cutter keeps rebooting during, and the only thing in common is that they are large (10-12 ft) panels. The plotter will reboot...

Except for applying perf with lam on top is super easy while the other way is applying a solid clear sheet with the perf on top, I mean if it was frost I'd float it but this sounds like something I wouldn't want to apply wet...

Does anybody do the print, flood white, flood black on clear cast perf? I think that sounds much easier to apply than using double sided laminate, but I haven't used either (just regular perf). I did look at Panofilm and Magic Vue (I'm latex so couldn't print regardless) but I need the...

Thanks everybody. FYI Signworld America ended up being the place. Wyld was very expensive for thicknesses over 1/8" as that's all they stock and I wanted 1/4" for the size of these.
