One thing you can do is once the job is setup in GspPlot save the job as a spool file with both print and cut data. If you are using the later versions of Omega (4 or 5) you can use SplView to look at the "ripped" data before printing, if SplView shows the gaps then the problem is in the...
It would be helpful if when posting a problem you state what softwae/version you are currently using. The current Omega version is 5.0.0.69, anything prior to Omega 5.0 will not be addressed, well it will really - upgrade.
Over 2ft, some drifts in front of the house and garage over 3ft, cleaning out took 2 hours and the suns out. Beautiful New England.

With the later version of Omega I normally export as image but then select to embed the image in a PDF. This is NOT in Omega 2.5. I also agree with Bill.
Just to let all Omega 5.0 users know there is a update (Build 66) on our server. Use the Omega 5.0 "Check for Updates" to get the latest.
For those users that do not have email on your system I can email the *.ZIP file to you upon request. Email me directly if you want it.
Just minor...
With the latest Omega and the updates you still need to actually select the file type (NOT all files). I believe if you do this it will work properly.
If you have the latest updates (Build 42) I can send you a fix if you email me. I hope soon to put up another update but it's not ready yet.
If the internal test failed as I think you said it's NOT the communications cable but one of the internal cables most likely the "data cable" going from the PC board to the head.
