If you are doing the path in photoshop you need to save the path, then you can edit, save, re-edit that path within the image file multiple times.

Yeah, the last time our tech was out I know he replaced those, sure am hoping they don't go out every other week or so. Guess we'll see tomorrow what this latest issue is.

I would highly advise against leaving the white in the machine, unless you do a ton of white printing. You don't get nearly the gamut as with 6 color, plus it cleans way more often w/white. We were initially very happy with ours, but in the last few weeks have had the tech out here for hours...

What Marlene said is spot-on, and I might add not sure I like the "& graphics" font, especially the ampersand. I don't think it will read well when your logo is really small. MIgh tbe worth a quick look at a more simple font there perhaps. Just an idear. Also I prefer gray...overall very nice!

I can see fault with both sides honestly. They definitely should not have altered your art and contacted you first, but you should have been more clear and given them a final size including any pockets or seam allowances, etc. If they would have had hard numbers to follow, I doubt it would have...
