We tried signlab for about a month and went back to flexi. Flexi is very intuitive but signlab you need to learn a new 'program', not very intuitive. Signlab tech support is good but like everyone else after some time they begin charging you for it.

We use only 3mm ACM for up to 4x4's. Very little alum a lot of plastic. If you want to know what other companies offer for RE sign materials look at the Oakley, Dee or Lowen websites.

You are probably looking at the swatches for one manufacturer. Click on the up arrow next to the navigation box at the top of the page and it should take you up a level to all of the folders for the different manufacturers/ colors.

I would also check the bottom rollers to see if they have a flat spot or something stuck to them. The distance between the lines almost looks like one rotation of them.
