Well, you learned a lesson about letting the new guy use equipment by themselves. Use the laminator like nothing happened. If it leaves marks then worry about replacing it. Otherwise it's a reminder of what not to do for everyone else.

Any cuts/nicks/bumps in the cutting strip? Does the vinyl have bubbles or wrinkles in it? Does the blade move freely and easily in the blade holder without any wobble? Have you tried adjusting the speed?

Ink isn't curing? Is it just the black ink? Have you recently done a "prepare for storage" or something on that printhead and filled it with the UV cleaning solution? Or did you get some solution in your ink line when you changed the ink? Even a few drops can retard the curing. How many hours...

You could always get a powerline networking kit and use that to move the router instead of running wires. Powerline networking is limited to like 200mbps but for your WAN connection that's plenty.

When it prints the prime bars, do you have a bunch of jets out? These lines should run parallel and be sharp since it's only a single pass. I have the ionizer. It's a fire hazard. I've replaced it twice after it started melting wires and electrocuting me. Doesn't seem to do much for static...

I had some recent rolls of white where the perf dots weren't fully removed and they get a bit sticky, especially running through the edge.. but never a problem, just a nuisance. Rolls like this have happened now and then though.

Do you have dots or glue built up on your grit rollers? Otherwise, call Graphtec. They will troubleshoot over the phone with you.

Yeah dog treats of all kinds kinda freak me out. Greenies are the only packaged treats i give my dogs. Usually I just give them fresh veggies. That's scary though.
