I looked at this sign about 7 months ago. The laminate was somewhat droopy, but only about an inch or so. Took this picture yesterday and now, it's dropped about 5 or so more inches.... and only at one end and on one side. We didn't make the sign, but they wanted to know if we could fix it ...

Yeah, then either your tension is off creating a tent like effect or your heat might be too high, doing the same thing with tenting, but I've never seen that kinda head strikes on any of my Rolands...... aqueous or solvent.

Is that while it's printing or afterwards ?? To me, it looks like the vinyl went down and landed on itself before it was dry.

Pretty much what he said. Is this a billboard or you just used that terminology ?? Reason being is...... most sign shops are not permitted to work on static or digital billboards. When you apply for your permits and whatnot, they'll probably ask you these questions and you fill in the blanks...

The holes in the middle are slanted, instead of round.
