Well I like the looks of the design/ layout, balanced, But it does have a bit much for a branding logo, also contrast is poor, look at thumbnail and correct, you'll have a good looking brand then.

Looks great as a clothing label, likes the design, has that hip look about it. But as a logo for advertising designer / maker.. take off the wings add signs /graphics under it an it would be fine.

For shapes I used a Cuttawl..foam sheet under the acrylic, you can get as detailed as you like

good idea to tape your cut area another is place in jig, meaning the less vibration the acrylic has the better, a panel saw blade, straight edge guild clapped to acrylic.
