We wipe everything with 3m adhesive/wax remover, then with "purple" cleaner before any application. And we do everything dry! Only have hade one fail in the last 10 years of doing that prep work. Before that, paint wasn't tough enough to handle that much prep so we just made sure it was clean...

I used to do work for a "broker" he was such a PITA!!!! Also his checks always bounced! I no long do any subbing to anyone for this reason, they always think they deserve a discount and want to be done first.

Use a machine screw with a flat head and counter sink the head, and a recessed arbor nut on the back. pretty simple.

I don't bother laming them, they get trashed anyway, no one has ever complained that they aren't. I do alot of them, $30 for 50 decals. The best one we do is for a drilling co and it says "your hole is my goal"

If it is up 8'-10' feet now worth it. If you are that woried about it you will have to place the panels in place the paint them there, to me it is a NON issue.

You get what you pay for, and it being free....like using Corel draw to digitize cutting files, it does get the job done, but looks like a skunk running in my backyard, scared and spraying!!!
