Mine is a CG-130FX, and it's never cut right on printed contour cuts, and when I cut regular vinyl, it has never cut well enough that I could just pull and weed things like I always could on my old gerber. I've just accepted it and delt with it the last 3+ years.

You are missing about half a paycheck probably...never undervalue a service because you did research and have built relationships with quality subs. Lowballers are killing the industry already, no reason to give stuff away at your cost. What happens if something got screwed up on that order...
