tape 120# card stock onto the platten every where the mag touches.
Cut away at slow speed. Not deep. Just score it. Thats all you need. If using one of those hobby cutters you will stress it and stretch the Y axis belt. Not much but your machine will not cut accurately any more after about 10 ft...

clean it real good to make sure there is no oil or grease or dirt. Then add some more oil. Good idea..
Oh yes. Rubbing alcohol has mineral oil in it. Just read the label. Its about 6% oil.

soap and water will not work correctly with calendered vinyl.
Tellign noobs to use this stuff is leading them into a mess. They will wonder why their vinyl is not sticking right.
the ink is not dry and it stuck to the frame. Heavy applications sometimes will never get a hard dry finish.
A good example is the ink spilled on the floor. It just lays there with a nice hard skin on top but never really dry under that upper skin.
It stays soft plastic like.
get yourself some regular paper and play around until you figure this out. Simple. No need to spend big money trying to calculate and align a print job.
