Could be a profile issue.. If it's something you're designing keep your magenta low when doing blues.. No more than like 100/75 ratio between your C and M if you want blue blue and not a royal bluey purple thing.

It's not pretty, but it's far from the worst.. It looks like a cheesy photoshop layout, minus out of gamut greens/pinks that printed way off, and rough masked images that don't blend with the background.. plus no papyrus/comicsans/petpeevegothic/whatever font other than some helvetica...

I wouldn't put the barrel OVER it.. People tend to think they can move them with their car.. next thing is some kid is gonna go "OH LOOK A BARREL" and smash in to it at 40mph..

I'm not a print broker.. Try one of the merchant members. Fred can definitely handle something like that.

How's your cutting strip? If it's got a big groove in it that won't help you. The blade doesn't need to be out further to cut.. You need more pressure.. Turn the pressure up. I have mine set at 18 for regular vinyl.

Rule of thumb.. don't do something on the internet that you don't want people to find out about. That's why I use someone else's computer for my adult browsing.

Is your printer calibration off? I don't know anything about your printer, but whenever I have size issues it's not onyx, but my printer.
