If you're worried about the cost of printing on the reflective, print on some clear and hold it up to some light.. you'll be able to see which way your color is shifting. Good luck.. Like someone else said, I would Edge that but that doesn't sound like an option for you.

Yeah, you can get some goofy errors if any of the ribbon cables shake loose. Pull the cover off the bottom half and take a look in there.. make sure everything is plugged in.

if it's anything like a graphtec, make sure you don't have any buildup or dots from running perf material stuck on your grit rollers.
