It comes on a roll, not a sheet. It would hafta be cut and then you custom cut it to size, unless your vendor will do that for you. Your dealer should've told you all this.

If things are too expensive, why waste YOUR time building frames and whatnot outta cheap substrates ?? They either pay for what they want and you give it to them.... or they pay extra for your extra time. Building frames to support a cheap Cor-X sign is ludicrous, just because they don't wanna...

But, you're gonna be building layers, correct ?? You'll have the thickness of the gold, than the red. With real gilding, that's next to nothing and a painted outline is also next to nothing. Two layers of 2 separate vinyls..... hasta be at least 5 or so mils. That's kinda hefty.

A razor blade will do the trick.... and it ain't hard to do. Just get the right angle and you can sail right through it.
