But, if you are die-cutting vinyl and putting it down, you don't need any laminate. You only need to rigid or liquid lam digital prints. Oh.... and long-term outdoor banners is an oxymoron. Banners are temporary signs, until you can afford a real sign, so don't be telling people banners are...

If you're cutting vinyl, why do you need as laminator ??

No way would I wanna place 250pcs. 18" x 24" panels on a bed one at a time. Much much lost time. Ya do 10 up , flip and repeat on the other side. Less handling and less babysitting. However ya wanna paint it. I doubt you'll get 40 full sheets done in an hour, but 25 to 30 would be more...

Yikes !?!?! That's kinda slow. We cut a sheet in 1/2 like mentioned above and take it to either a 30" Cutter or our fletcher with a fence. Total time is maybe 2 minutes per 10. The more ya have, the faster it goes. We are talking Cor-X, correct ??

Ahh, wouldn't that change the way it soars through the air, if the clear is not applied properly ?? You cannot just let them drip-dry. They need to be painted uniformly, thus preventing balls from cutting...... or filling in some of the dimples.

It would be good to know what vinyl you're using and if it's digitally printed or not and if so, was it laminated ?? Also, what kinda paint was used and how long ago was it painted ?? 25 years ago, you could just go off willy-nilly and paint or vinyl a wall til your heart's content, but...

Well, to each their own and what one feels comfortable using, let alone investing in. However, I would say if you're making a video, you should at least wear proper fitting clothing and shoes. Not to mention safety glasses. Otherwise, you'll be a tool, if seen by the wrong people.
