    This makes me think the image in the pdf is linked, not embedded, perhaps you are having disk access throughput issues (not reading the linked image as fast as the vectors) no idea how to correct, its just a guess

    cutter quality is directly proportional to cut quality read: you get what you pay for if you can afford to waste the vinyl, try it once and see - if you can slow the cutter down, do it
