my system is fresh & top of the line. hmm... sort of an interesting idea. There are 62 fonts that need to never be deleted though, so that makes your idea more complicated. I think I may try posting this question in an Adobe forum first, but your idea has some merit... but it would also lead to my problem recurring because I will...

  16. how do I up the dpi on a photo, send by a customer?

RiXaX, I think that is still another generation of lost data, compared to just enlarging the original. I agree... ask for something better. All the tricks mentioned above are important to know for when you need them, but trying for better art is always worth doing too.
  17. font ID anyone?

I don't expect this perspective/outline to be part of the font, & even the italicization may be custom... but if there is a root font in there anyone recognizes, I am interested in starting with the closest thing, and using it for other copy on their sign as well as the logo recreation.
  18. Corian Newbie

I was watching some real estate marketing program & it was mentioning which words not to use in ads (cozy means "small" in peoples minds... and quaint means "old") but they also mentioned good words to add value to homes, like "Corian" countertops. I agree not everyone wants to pay for...

Hi Bryan, the samples arrived yesterday. The cut-away one is great because the half that shows the surface shows how perfectly the inlay fills the routed cavity, but the cutaway half shows that it really is 1/8" deep as well as filling the cavity completely down in the corners with no bubbles...
