In all honesty, for what it is, I can't imagine anything close would not be close enough. I haven't memorized the subtle differences between Helvetica, Ariel, or Swiss italic... but I'd try some of those first and look to the swoops of t, g and y for a match. Also, something to try on future...

I don't think you can copy the program from the old computer. The software was free, just ask graphtec to send you another disc. They might want $20 for time and trouble, but I'd bet they would help you out.
