Assuming you are doing a full bleed - That's most likely your problem. Haven't tried it myself but you might be able to use 3M primer... The easiest and fastest solution is to leave a 1/4" white outline around the print. Most vinyl suppliers recommend doing this.

Did you install using the 'install as Windows XP' option or install directly to 7? Flexi 8.0 doesn't work well with 7 to my knowledge. I tried it with the release candidate trial version and didn't care for it. I went back to XP.

Anyone know if I can use the Value Jet chipped ink in the Falcon II Outdoor. I'm in a bind and the only local supplier here has the VJ ink. I know the ink formulation (Eco Solvent) is the same but will the printer recognize a VJ chip?

Have you tried other media? I've had a similar problem with cheap vinyl. Roll out about 7-8 feet on a table, look to see if there are any obvious defects. Also look at each end of the roll and check if it is wavy or smooth, should be smooth. What is the media your using? Some stuff just can't be...
