Isn't 7.22 oz good for these cartridges. I think empty is 5.6oz. I had a similar problem happen to me and it turned out the damper was leaking. Pop the head cover off and check the magenta damper, it should be about half full.

I'd pass on it and look for a larger shop. Even if it means waiting for a little while. I do wholesale only in a 560sf space. I keep VERY LITTLE substrates and honestly have nowhere to put them if I needed to. With a decent size table, printer plotter and such there is very little room to grow...

Maybe I'm reading this wrong but did you say you are using FlexiSign Pro v7 and a Vista computer. I thought only FlexiSign 8.5 and up was certified to work with Vista machines... What operating system was the guy using that you bought it from? I'd be willing to bet if you went to Windows XP...

Didn't try it. I was printing posters so I trimmed them manually. It doesn't have a backing so I'm not sure die cutting is possible. Might be able to perf cut it...

If I get a minute I'll try to get something together. I've had the onsite flexi training and since the beveled edge option is supplied by SAI I don't think Mark covers it. Goggle "beveled edges flexi" and see what you get. I found it somewhere a while back.

I would have done the same thing you did for the job. This might be a wild idea but what about heat? Internally radiating out of the empty tanks.
