which material, or is this happening across the board? i get this, sometimes, in the cold weather... where I try throwing cold rolls, right off the UPS truck, through my printer. Heat making cold vinyl expand, and the rollers cause it to happen in a ripple-pattern.

definitely corded for intensive drilling projects, like you've posted. A cordless hammer drill, you'll be swapping battery packs allday long and cursing at the chargers that don't seem to recharge them fast enough! however, i DO love my Hilte Brand drills! We have 4 corded, and 2 cordless...

encoder strip and/or sensor check the clear strip that is behind the printhead carriage for dirt/oil/etc and clean with only isopropyl/water check the encoder sensor for the same, bit more difficult as it requires removal of hardware from the printhead carriage.

each pump has two halves, left/right....lines on each half are top to bottom line for ink flow.

just diving into Nova here, so I cannot compare. Jet has always been good to us, but at the moment it appears that Nova has a bigger/better selection of products.
