You're kidding, right? I'm sure I could recreate that in less than 5 minutes, my employee who's been here two weeks could easily do that in less that 15. Have you ever used Illustrator? You sure you're in the sign business?

...or use the one I just noticed that you'd already found but it probably sucks and mine's better and I at least posted a link so I wouldn't be keeping all the good fonts to myself.
When you go to export the file and the "EXPORT" box pops up where you select your file type make sure that "Supress Options" at the bottom is not checked and then hit the "Save" button. That lets you into the tabs so you can set your compression and resolution.

Interesting because we started having the same problem with two of our Summa plotters last Thursday. They will cut at full speed all day but for some reason on one job a day they'll slow down to a crawl.
