You know, all of that adds up to not trying to make the dang things anyway. Let the realtors go to their own sign companies and have them made. Why would you want to get in the middle of something like that, and deal with the problems, for cheap rider signs?
Just because they're realtors...
You made 7 figure investment in your network but your budget for getting in the sign business is $750? Why in the hell would anybody with 7 figures kind of money lying around want to get in the sign business? To see how fast they can turn it into 5 figures?

Summa, Graphtec, or Roland Plotters (in that order)
Older (i.e. slower) models can be had for around $500 occassionally on ebay but you'll just have to wait one out. I might know where there's a 24" Roland for that, I'll PM you tomorrow if it's still available. Good plotters are...

Man, I spent most of a day a few months ago looking for one and never could find a good one. I've got a couple of pictures saved if you want to vector it yourself. I ended up buying a vector waitress from istockphoto.com and adding the skates.
Had it printed 6' tall, mounted to 1/2" PVC, cut...
Just hope they don't do a search for Roland PC-60 problems. They might send you bill and tell you they did you a favor by destroying it and you should pay them a little more.
