The easiest way I've found is to stick it in Illustrator and "simplify path" the art.
If that's not an option do an outline, convert the outline to curves, and then do an inline to get the outline back to where it's supposed to be. It'll smooth it out a lot better than this explanation sounds.
Might want to start at your local dollar store first. The one's around here pop up with full color magnetic baseballs, basketballs, and footballs priced at 2 for $1.
You stock 200 rolls of vinyl? My local supplier doesn't have 200 rolls of vinyl. We keep anywhere from 20-30 rolls in stock, depending on how much is left from special orders. I've got 16 colors that I have on hand all the time. When I can call Fellers today and have my vinyl tomorrow...
Not that it helps but Pep Boys has a new logo and that's not it. After going through that many sub's are you sure that's the one somebody originally ordered?
I've gotta agree with George. If you use tribal you're gonna have clashing design styles between the smooth flowing 60's styling of the buggy and the hard, played out tribals.
If my monitor color settings are all out of whack and the colors are horrible I can plug this little thing in and it will fix that?

Why would you want a background? Even with redoing the lettering it's just going to make it less effective.
I kind of dig the panda graphic. It needs to be redrawn and needs to be about 4' tall but it's a good concept to build around. This could be a pretty memorable if it's done right.
Almost every day I leave with the plotter still cutting vinyl. It gets finished and I sure don't come back to raise the pinch wheels.
Never had a pinch wheel warp on either of our Summas or either Roland in 6 years.
