    I have printed plaques on clear film and put it on brushed aluminum. They turned out pretty nice. Why not just get them from a trophy shop? Kinda like asking a carpet layer to pour a conrete floor, they are both floors after all....

    MDO Finishing/Edging

    1/2" edgecap will form on a curve if it is not too tight of radius. MDO I would fill the voids with puddy, sand and paint it. Edge-cap never seems to stay on for years and years, sooner or later it falls off it seems.

    This is the downfall of having a good location and showroom. You get loads of "tire-kickers" and ol' ladies wanting a design on a mailbox. Hours of time spent on them wanting a $20 letter job.The price to pay to be in a good location.
