You should be using a special 'roland' cleaning solution, specifically for that machine. Regular maintenance is using a cleaning pad and running the head over it. Do not use alcohol on that machine, except to clean vinyl prior to printing. Too much dirt on the vinyl will scratch your head...

Looks like some blown pixels. Try cleaning it real good.

The Gerber is probably worth about $ 2,000 if in good shape. With a year warranty and basically gone over with a fine toothed comb, they'll go for about $ 3,500.

Sometimes, not having the budget to do something correctly, does not equate to doing it stupidly. The banner idea is good, but like mentioned, if it's not attached too good, you'll be responsible for not fixing it to meet code. So, no budget...... does that mean no permit ??

It's easiest, when you had/have a guy at each end. When you put them up & down, they tend to fail, due to the big buildup of moss, dirt, bugs and other crap that all falls to the bottom and rots. ))) I've literally taken little cities of life outta these signs when working on them.

Give it a try for a month and see if you like it. It's only $10. Not as many eyes see it, but generally it gives back quite a bit and usually no BS comes with it.
