From what I saw on your coolers looked like just cut color vinyl graphics off of a vinyl plotter, not a printer with laminator and them diecut on a plotter.

You could get a keencut hot knife cutter and it finishes off the banner edge real nice. Or just use the Evelution which is made for cutting pop up banners. Still have to use the big table.
