    If the ink is going to the head then after time is not to the head, it is most likely an air leak (either bad "o"-ring or hole in line/fitting). If the ink gets to the head does it ever print? Also have you changed the capping assembly? or is the gasket/seal clean.

    From the photos those look like they are gel coated! Have you tried to stick any vinyl on them?
