Nobody likes the 11.8" limitation, but that's what it is... a limitation. It's a great machine, but like all things, it has it's limitations. 11.8" printing capacity is one of them.

next time run Governator first & then run AdAware... just for kicks.

did you buy the laptop new? Did it come with restore discs? You would have to reload programs, but if nothing else works, restore discs can be handy sometimes.

well, sounds like you're not talking about 2 user names on one drive, you're saying each user is operating off a seperate drive right? Not a partioned drive, but 2 seperate phisycal drives? The drive that was 93% full was the one with problems right? And at 79%, all the issues are still...

can you show us a photo? "offset" is a little used adjustment that isn't used much because one setting often stays correct for a long time for general purpose cutting. I believe 2 of the symptoms of needing adjustment are corners not closing well, & corners having a wavy line, not a sharp...

check the mode & make sure it's not lab color actually, in "save for web" you can select .jpg, .gif or .png

As you probably know, the "S" in Adobe CS stands for Suite. You can purchase a whole suite of programs at the CS level, or the CS2 level... but unless you are referring to the entire suite, saying "Adobe CS" doesn't identify which program you are referring to. I assume it is either Illustrator...
