I use Flexi Sign Pro for my Mimaki printing. It's powerful design software as well as rip software, but it also does well handling imported designs from Illustrator, Photoshop etc.

custom drawn! I suggest you snag the jpg off the net... rotate & distort a little to get it more lined up on the page & then try half a dozen fonts with a number 8 forced waaayy wider then it was designed... I would bet you could find one that gets you over halfway there & adding a line...
