It's a real easy fix. Just print a sample or something on Monday and do it again on Friday and it'll keep your machine in tip top shape. If that's too much bother, sell the thing and sub out, as it dcoesn't sound like a good investment, if it needs to sit idle the length of time you need.

I agree 100% with Bill above, but you also need to know what substrate you're using, heights, interior, exterior, thickness and length of studs being used.

Ya better go and re-check your states requirements. I believe you have some things confused. First, in Virginia, you'll need all the necessary licensing and certification by November of this year according to NCCCO. Second, you're not a stationary operator.

Judging by many of the things you wrote and some of your misguided questions, it seems you have the heart to do it, but not any knowledge to go beyond what you're already doing. Most anybody can do the printed garments and small signs, but to do what you want, you should have some first hand...

How did you get it off the lot or wherever without having the proper insurance on it ??

Was cleaning off some crap with Xylene and slopped some on a finished acrylic face. Wiped it off and now there's a coating/hazing on it and it looks like sh!t. Is there something to remove the xylene coating without harming the finish or do I hafta make another face over again ?? :thankyou...
