that'd be an LED edge-lit engraved plexiglass sign with remote power supply. if you have an LED supplier, they should have all you need to pair with the clear acrylic you'll be engraving.

you didn't replace the whole sign, just small panels right? i'm still curious how they simply blew-out. everyone's assuming cheap materials did you in, because that's all the information currently provided, but maybe it could have easily been poor sign hardware/installer oversight?
