Our HP printer will do the same thing. We scanned a bill, changed the picture and tried to print it. It will print about 1/4 of the bill and then a line reading http://www.ustreas.gov/ then stop completely. You could just avoind the trouble of painting all together. There is a car in town...

Dude...NO. Want to come look at our collection on "won't stay on track, won't cut consistantly, won't do their dang job Roland plotters?" Buy a Graphtec or a Summa. Since our first Summa we've replaced all the Rolands with Summa D-60 plotters and have yet to have a problem with any of them...

The 4B is a little heavier and makes a better boat anchor.

Corel used to include a basic font editing tool. You could very easilly turn vector art into fonts (converting it to a GOOD font involves a good bit of time dealing with kerning issues)

You can adjust the tracing options a bit to get it a little better, but all in all Flexi tracing has SUCKED since version 5. If you've got Corel or Illustrator they will both do a better job of tracing it. If not then you're gonna have to redraw it instead of trace it.
