  1. greys are greenish

I get that too in CMYK. I haven't had to do any greys since, but I remember someone sayin' that your rip converts from RGB to CMYK, so really, if you design in CMYK, the rip converts it to RGB, then back to CMYK, so it could throw it off even a little more. Rather that's true or not...I...
  2. can anyone trace???

If you had a bigger one of it, Vector Doctor could probably do it...that looks a little small for it to work though. You may send it to him just to make sure though.
  3. how much would you charge.

Oh man, that made me laugh.
  4. What Causes This?????

I don't know what to tell ya about soaking the heads on that. My mimaki has a daily cleaning that we do, and it asks how long you want to soak the heads when we clean it...maybe you don't have that if you don't already know about it. Does it do it on any other medias?
  5. What Causes This?????

How long did you soak the heads when you cleaned them? I had that a few times. It's probably either dirty media, or you could try and soak your heads for 10 minutes, then give it another try. It doesn't look like banding, as far as just seeing every pass the print head made.
  6. New name, same great sarcasm...

Good job, cause I still have no idea who ya are.
  7. Any one else built your own router?

Ha, when I read this I thought you meant an internet router. Shows how much of a nerd I am.
  8. how to make templates

I'm not sure what the premium section has on all that, I've never looked, but what I have done is just either snapped a picture, or if I had something flat I could scan, I'd do that, and just send it to The Vector Doctor. I needed to label all of my office phones when we got our new phone...
  9. CG160FX Cut Speed ?

Wow...that's a new one. Mine goes to 100 I believe. I do know that when I'm doing a contour cut, and it has to find the registration marks, I have to take it out of remote mode once it starts cutting in order to get it to cut at the depth and speed I had originally set it at. Then I have to...
  10. construction images

To the OP, were they vectors when you tried pulling them in?
  11. how do i wrap a helmet

Must be a dangerous office if you all have to wear helmets weekly. There's no easy way to wrap a helmet...practice practice practice. It's like askin', "How much is a sign?" Lots of variables. Just don't put any text on it, cause you are gonna stretch the heck out of it.
  12. This is a miter cutter for plastic edge trim...

If it was me, I'd just distract Mark w/ a Pizza and a box of Donuts, and go take his for a while!
  13. barber shop pole

Just make sure it doesn't look like a candy cane when you are done.
  14. Mascots??

    Are those already copyrighted?
  15. Paper backing from vinyl..is it biodegradable?

If they start charging for it's disposal, I'll burn it. However, if they charge you when you buy it, I guess not a lot you can do about it.
  16. Graphic Artist

What the problem is? I'm anxious!!!
  17. Graphic Artist

Sweet! I never knew Abu Dhabi was a real place. Figured it was just where Garfield mailed Nermal every episode. What's the problem though? Hard to help when we know nothing.
  18. Graphic Artist

And...are you really from Abu Dhabi? Seems like the place people always say where they are from, when they don't want to tell where they really are from.
  19. outline-shadow

And if that doesn't work...send it to The Vector Doctor, and do something else to make money while he does that for you.
  20. New member, has problem

Welcome to the boards OD. That's a rough one. Sounds like you had quite the investment, and you had it all put into one brand. I am glad that you stood behind your product, and kept your customers satisfied, but that's A LOT OF WORK to remove, reprint, relaminate, and reinstall. I think...
